1. We are communicating virtually and more and more of our work and social interaction is being done virtually.
What are your do’s and don’ts for effective communication via email, text, social media, whatever channel you would like to address.
2. We often see the terms introvert and extrovert. I have come across the term Ambivert, which makes lots of sense to me. Search Ambivert, you will find lots of inventories to take to see where you fall on the introvert ambivert extrovert continuum.
How does knowing this help you as a team leader/member? Here’s one, I certainly cannot atest to its academic rigor 🙂
3. What are some examples of different roles and needs within a team? How can these roles and needs affect the process of teamwork?
4.What occurs in each of the forming, storming, norming, and performing stages of group development? Choose one of the stages and provide a scenario that illustrates what occurs in that stage. How does this model of group development differ from other models?
5. What are 3 or 4 strategies for strengthening teams? How do these strategies assist in team building?
6. What is group cohesion? What factors contribute to group cohesion? How can you enhance group cohesion?
