Part 1: Study Habits
1.) Tell me about your study habits; how do you go about preparing for exams and learning?  Tell me explicitly everything you do to learn in school. How effective have your study strategies been in the past? 
2.)  Discuss- in depth and detail – 3 things you learned from each one of the videos by Dr. Stephen Chew (so, 15 things total, 3 from each of the 5 videos.  Please identify which video to which you are referring by labeling them; for example:

3.) What might or could you do differently having read the chapter and watched these videos?  NOTE: nothing is not appropriate as we can all improve 🙂

Part 2: Stress

1.) After you visited the stress assessment link given in the announcement and have read the page in full, take at least 3 different assessments.  Tell me each of the assessments you took and your results.  What do these results tell you or suggest to you?  Did you agree with them? What did  you learn that surprised you? What did you learn that was important? 

2.) What are side effects you have noticed from your stress?  Using the textbook for help, explain what is happening in your body and nervous system that accounts for these symptoms. 
3.) What are ways that you typically manage your stress?  Would the text say these were health promoting or health defeating?  If health defeating, what are some healthier ways you can see yourself coping with stress?

Part 3: Eyewitness Testimony

1.) After reading the 4 links about eyewitness testimony, what is your reaction or thoughts about the material?  What did you learn that was interesting or surprising?  

2.) What are five specific things that can be done to improve this practice.
