With confronting the managers that we work for does it seem that the managers do not like being questioned, thus disliking any critcal feedback to their ideas? While my opinion has not been researched, I feel we are experiencing a time where critical thought is desired in writing but cut off when put into action. This debasing of critical speech within the context of a project could be the reason why projects are failing, or a team concept cannot find traction in society at large. Does anyone else feel this in their experiences with their managers? Lastly, could this be another reason for ineffective communication?
